Please follow the instructions below to reset your browser settings. After you have adjusted your browser settings, close your browser and re-start your browser.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- Here is how to change your security settings:
- Go to Tools, select Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Select a Medium level of security.
- Here is how you clear your cookies and cache (browser memory):
- Go to Tools, Internet Options, General Tab, Delete Cookies, and Delete Files
- Here is how to disable pop-up blocker:
- Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Tab, Uncheck Block Pop-ups
- Keep in mind if you use other tools like McAfee Security, Google toll bar or, Yahoo toll bar you may need to disable pop-up blocker there as well.
If you are using FireFox...
- Here is how to change your security settings:
- Go to Tools, select Options...
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Check Allow sites to set Cookies.
- UNCHECK box near "for the orginating site only". Many pages on the Registry refer to other sites and connection to these pages might reset cookies if this box is checked.
- Here is how you clear your browser memory:
- Cache: Go to Tools, Options, Select Privacy from Menu, Click Cache Tab, , Click Clear Cache Now.
- Cookies: Go to Tools, Options, Select Privacy from Menu, Click Cookies Tab, Click Clear Cookies Now.
- Here is how to disable pop-up blocker:
- Go to Tools, Options, Select Content from Menu, Uncheck Block Popup Windows
If you are using Safari for Mac OS X:
- Here is how to change your security settings:
- Open Safari, under the Safari menu, select 'Preferences'
- In the Preferences window, click on the 'Security' button
- Next to the 'Accept Cookies' section, select the 'Always' option
- Here is how you clear your cookies and cache (browser memory):
- Open Safari, Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty on the Are you sure message box.
- Exit and relaunch the browser.
- Here is how to disable pop-up blocker:
- Open Safari..
- Toggle the popup blocker on or off by checking (or un-checking) Block Pop-up Windows.
